Sanggori

             Origin: Toraja People, Southern Highlands, Sulawesi
             Age: 1st half of 20th century or before
             Material: Locally cast, fabricated brass
             Size: 6 1/2" maximum diameter, 10 1/4" height with base
             Kept brightly polished and worn in the coiffure of a warrior,
             the Sanggori was said to deflect the power of the enemy.
